NWT Rachel Roy Asymmetrical HiLo Sheath Dress

Perfect summer dress! NWT stunning figure flattering Rachel Roy sleeveless asymmetrical sheath dress with a v-neckline front and back. Fun blocks of color pattern in blue and white with a sewn-in fuschia band and layered hemline in black and white pattern. Black shoulder straps. Light flowing material is 100% polyester. Bust is 24” armpit to armpit. Length 48” shoulder to longest hem. I bought this NWT for myself but it unfortunately did not work out. I really wish it did!
