Rachel Roy dress New with tags Underneath navy slip ripped but can’t be seen and could be repaired Navy slip tweed bottom that appears black or navy white and white sequin front top Size 4 Original tag says $695 ( hard to believe!) Think short jacket may be worn with dress but it didn’t come with one Could be dressy with the off white sequin top but black and white or navy and white tweedy bottom makes it appear casual to me As is condition Check my pics If needed I can measure anything I can also take more pics I think this is a vintage dress 1/2 zippered back
