NWT Rachel Sweater

This is a new with tag's V-neck sweater. The bottom is frayed and distressed and the sweater is an oversized boxy type sweater. It is super cute. I had it in a bigger size and loved it. I lost weight and this one which I bought to replace the old one was still to big Never worn.
