NWT Rachel Zoe crinkled velvet pant ensemble in a beautiful royal blue. Made of polyester and spandex. Wide leg pants have an elasticized waist. (The color is a deeper royal blue but the photos were taken with a flash so the blue looks quite brilliant. The first photo is true to color.) Measurements for the sleeveless top: the bust is 20 inches from armpit to armpit when laid flat; the length is 22 inches Measurements for the pants: the waist is 17 1/4 inches when laid flat and not stretched; the inseam is 30 1/2 inches and the pant length is 42 1/2 inches from the waist to the bottom of the hems. The fabric is stretchy with a luxurious flow.
