Rare nautical navy stripe off- the-shoulder romper from Ralph Lauren’s super cool (now gone) Rugby Collection. Beautifully made the right way, with cross cross two-button straps, shelf bra and adjustable gathered tie waist. Side pockets make it totally perfect. Size S fits S or M, measures 34” from top of strap to bottom, 24” to waist tie, waist to bottom hem, 16.5” across chest. All cotton with a touch of stretch. New, no defects.
