NWT Rave Stretch Midi Skirt. It is 86% nylon, 9% spandex, and 5% polyester. Black with white stripes. The waist measures 11 inches across but has some stretch. The skirt is 24 1/2 inches long. The top layer is semi transparent and there is a built in black slip (4415)
