NWT Realisation Par The Juliet Italia Spot Sheath Dress, L, black & red

Reposhing this item I purchased from @christinecmc15. It's brand new, never worn with tags. I love it but sadly, it's too big for me. I was told that it ran small, and that may be true, but it's too big on me. I'm looking for a smaller size :)
