@lannie1211 Hi! I just got home from my trip and just did the measurements, this dress does have a lot of stretch the insert is actually cotton and the outer lace has a ton of stretch, the bust actually has a little bit of support built in, The measurement for the bust is 16” and waist is 18”, both laying flat. But there is a ton of stretch let me know if you have any more questions!
