NWT Red Floral Dress

NWT &. Layered Red Floral dress purchased from Nordstrom Rack. Elastic waist with tie that can be tied in the back or front (attached at sides so not able to adjust size with tie). High-low hem and I would say Junior's sizing. Really pretty print and perfect to throw on in the summer! Thanks for looking and inquire about measurements, if interested!
