NWT Red, White & Blue Stretch Sundress sz S/M

Brand new cute little dress purchased for the 4th and never worn. Fun little pattern that looks like firework bursts/a bandana print. Size is S/M, but can fit up to a large due to stretchy top, and light flowy fabric. Works as a dress or even a coverup, straps are tied and totally adjustable. Length with zero stretching of the top section is approx. 32" from top of chest to bottom. Pet and smoke free home, comment any questions :)
