NWT Red by Marc Ecko short sleeve hoodie sweatshirt cover-up

New with tags short sleeve pullover with hood by Red by Marc Ecko. Main colors are dark grey and light grey. I originally bought this as a beach coverup. It would look great over a bikini top or with a bralette. Fabric has a nice stretch to it. Cute braided detail in front, loop on hood and velvet seam inside the hood. Inside has a metal tag.
