alcotcamp @nelsonkathleenc Hi there. I received my purchase of the reformation salsa dress in green. The dress was advertised as NWT, but it very clearly was not new — there were no tags, and the lower half of the dress was stained. I’m pretty shocked and would love to discuss how we make this right. Thank you! Lexi

nelsonkathleenc @alcotcamp wow I am so sorry, I do not know what happened- I took it out of the hanging bag I had in my closet (with my other Poshmark items for sale) and put it directly in the shipping bag. I will happily reimburse you for the cost of dry cleaning, or provide a discount on any of my other items if you are interested!
