Absolutely stunning NWT Retrofete Rebecca velvet-trimmed sequined chiffon dress In size XS. made from soft chiffon covered with scores of glistening sequins. It's cut for a slightly loose fit and has a velvet belt to cinch the waist. *Please note, there are some sequins missing as shown in the last 2 photos, but it is barely noticeable since the dress is white and has glittery sequins. The dress does come with a pack of extra sequins if you wish to get them added back.
