The print on this dress is GORGEOUS!!!! The white flowers really pop out against the navy blue. I purchased this dress from an online boutique & never got to wear it. The brand is Reverse, the dress is a size Large & is brand new with the tags still attached. - sheer cap sleeves - true wrap design with tie at waistline - lining goes halfway down the skirt portion - armpit to armpit measures 18” across when laying flat - waist measures 14.5” across when tied & laying flat but is adjustable with the tie - top measures 5.5” but will adjust with waist tie adjustment - skirt length is 20” from waist is to wear the lining ends
