Brand new, with tags pair of womens riding jeans. Just didn't fit correctly - only been tried on once and coming from a pet-free, non-smoking home. Great construction, CE rated knee armor is thin and very comfy. Some descriptions say "mid-rise" and others say "low-rise". I would say it's a little in-between. The front seems low, but the fabric comes up higher in the back. See photos for all the measurements. These are $200 jeans, and if you are a size 32/31 or 30/32 you can get these for about $140-$160 right now online, however I can't find a size 28w available anywhere.
