NWT River Island Stripe Woven Wrap Skirt

NWT River Island striped woven wrap skirt in size 14. I brought this home from the UK a couple years ago and never wore it...and now it's not my size. Grrr! The skirt wraps around and has one gather on the left and right on both the front and back of the skirt, which gives it a rounded poof. The skirt is a little stiff, not flowy.
