texasmommaof3 @redbirdlady Yes, a 23 waist! They do expand similar to children's pants with the button tabs on the inside, to allow room for growth over the trimesters (this pair fits under the tummy). jburnett3415 A size 23 is similar to what size in regular clothing? I currently wear a size 4 in jeans.

texasmommaof3 @jburnett3415 Hello! A 23 is based on natural waist size (pre-pregnancy) - So these are designed for someone who started with a waist size was 23-24 inches before the pregnancy. It's equivalent to probably a 00 (23=000/00, 24=00/0, 25=0, 26=2, 27=4). I also have a pair of Motherhood Maternity Jeans listed that are based on hip size (pre-pregnancy full hip size 36-37) - They are a size XS, although I think I have them marked as a 2. 😘. Hope that helps!

texasmommaof3 @tanner12345 The rise is about 6 inches (as it's meant to slid under your baby bump). However, I had a few other pairs of these that I liked wearing after the kiddos births too, since I could adjust the waist down as I went back to normal 😊
