This dress has a v-neck, ruffle detailing on the sleeves and neckline (front and back), and a flouncy hem; lined. Ideal for summer parties or even just to throw on to stay cool and chic running errands. Dress up or down with heels or flats - or even go barefoot :) 80% cotton, 20% silk. Lining is 100% cotton.
