The dress is sized as a 3X, but from personally trying the dress out I would say it fits more like a 16/18 or 2X.

serenabentle232 @joie_monk I believe it will be small in the bust area. I tried it on to compare and am a 44 DD and the dress looked nice but felt a little snug in the chest. Waist and hips are roomier with the cut so I think that would look nice. Overall I would say this dress fits best as a 2X or 16-18. I hope this was helpful to you.
