NWT Royal Blue Libby Edelman Hat

NWT Royal Blue Libby Edelman Hat. Has original tag and barcode. Says, Colors: FRENCHBLU/PTRL/PEA. This hat has 3 tassels on the top in royal blue, aqua/teak blue, lime green(?). These tassels to me aren't in the best of shape- they are a tad messy or rough (see 1st, 3rd and last pictures of tassels) but that's how they looked when it was bought by my aunt. This hat is new, never worn. Original tags attached. There is one line of aqua/real blue on the back side where your head goes into.
