NWT S/5 Strapless black puffy skirt dress with pockets prom

Never worn, with original tags. Luella black dress in a black taffeta-like material - light but with some structure. Strapless with faux buttons up the front, a circle skirt puffed up with tulle and waist tie in the same fabric (would look nice with a waist belt in a contrasting color!). Plus POCKETS! The back is ruched to allow for more open fit on top, though the waist is not stretchy. Bust measures 14.5 inches across (stretches in the back), waist 13 inches across, 31.5 inches from top of bust to bottom hem, 21.5 inches from waist to hem.
