kara_marshall @verni hello again & thank you for your patience! the empire-waist (just below the chest) is 16" laying flat. armpit to armpit measures at about 17" laying flat, and there is extra fabric in the cup/breast area that appears to be approximately 1" total extra fabric so it cups the breasts separately. this fabric is super cute with a sparkly blue-iridescent thread on outside edges if blue verticle double-stripes!
