@lufro2024 The top can not be removed and is not stretchy unfortunately. That said, it is pretty roomy for a 6!

@hangro14 the length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem is ~44.5in. From the under bust zipper down it is a 30.5in skirt. Let me know if you have any other questions!
