NWT SHEIN Fringe Dress. Never opened or pulled out of SHEIN packaging. Size medium. Super cute! It’s two pieces. A black plain dress and can pull over the fringe lace part. Or can wear without. Could even wear lace fringe part as a beach/swimsuit cover up as well. I ordered two sizes because I wasn’t sure about fit. I waited too long to return the medium. It’s true to size in my opinion. I’m around a size 4, and wore the small. No belt came with it. Just the two piece dress.
