This dress is a gorgeous blue color and the ruching and wired keyhole makes it so unique. Although this is new with tags, please note the exposed wire part of the keyhole. You should be able to stitch over this. Might have other flaws that I’ve missed but there aren’t any others that I can see hence the lower price despite having tags. Please do not purchase if you’re uncomfortable with the condition.
