NWT Soncy cream dress in a double breasted, sheath style. This is a size 3 (22-24) Absolutely gorgeous with flowy fabric that hangs nice. The bodice is lined, has shoulder pads, and a v neck with lapels. The front of dress has double buttons down to ¾ of the length, the rest can hang open with a slit. At the waist there's two welted pockets and a tie belt.
