NWT SUITE 7 Black Lace Overlay Dress Size 10

Suite 7 dress new with tags. Black lace, fringe hemline, and 3/4 length sleeves. The dress zips up the back, then closes with a single button. Size 10. Total length is 43" including the 7" of fringe at the hemline. Bust is 18 1/2", the sleeves are 13" measured from under the arm, and the hips are 36" in circumference. There is some stretch to the fabric, not a lot. The lace overlay is 95% poly 5% spandex. The lining is 100% poly. The price on the tag is $124. The dress was too small for me when I bought it but I loved it and thought I could lose weight and wear it. That didn't happen 😕
