NWT SUPER Flattering Red and White Dot Dress

GREAT dress. VERY flattering. Never been worn. Has tags. Belt can be tied in front or back. Nice detail at the top in the back. Size Medium. Could also be worn without belt if you removed/ignored the two loops, as there is a nice strip of fabric under the belt area
