NWT Sadie & Sage Floral Cold Shoulder Ruffled Maxi Dress in Cream/Beige

Never worn, still has tags! Super cute off the shoulder maxi dress. Has a zipper in the back. I can't find this dress online anymore so I'm not sure the material / sizing fit. The dress doesn't have the size on it either but I think it's a size small. The material is not stretchy.
