butterglydust What is the measurement of the tightest part of the waist please and is it ruffled on the bottom ? And floor length?

lehuaann @butterglydust The tightest part (where the lace is) is 16in. No, it is not ruffled at the bottom, there is lace sewn at the hem. It would be floor length depending on how tall you are. I am 5ft. and with heels it still covers my feet. From where the straps start on the dress it is about 51 1/2" long (does not include strap length).
