NWT Sangria Blue and Black Cocktail Dress

NWT Gorgeous Atlantic blue with black lace overlay dress. V neck and very form fitting, but fabric is somewhat stretchy. Lace overlay and stitched pleats make it very forgiving! It has been stored in plastic dress bag hanging in the closet. Comes from smoke free and pet free home!!
