So this dress is a little tricky to measure due to the pleating at the bust and the ability to adjust the tie. But this is what i come up with. Small across the front pleating at chest is 20", The band under the pleating is 16" and the length is 41 1/2". The medium is 22", band 17" and length 42 1/2". The large 23", band 18 1/2" and length 431/2". Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
