NWT Scott McClintock Formal Top 16 Gold Metallic, Black Velvet

NWT Gold Metallic with Black Velvet accents. The velvet around the neck is a lovely design so there isn’t any issue with scratching. The buttons are beautiful and this classy top could go formal or with jeans! It has shoulder pads that I had planned to remove but they are there. Sadly I must re-Posh as it wasn’t quite big enough for me. Measurements in pic.
