NWT Seafoam Dress from In Bloom, size small

Brand new, never worn! I bought this and lost some weight - slightly too big. I’m 5’4 and hits the middle of my knees. Too much fabric for my frame - otherwise, beautiful dress that needs a loving home! The straps can be adjusted by tying them tighter or loosening them up.
