NWT Wood bead neck tie very pretty sleeveless dress. Elastic around the bustier area and flowy from there down in an empire waist quality. Although this is a 3X, it runs small so I am selling it as a 2X. Bust 13” and 22” stretched. Flare is 31” Length (excluding the strap) 31”.
