NWT Selection by Ulla Popken Sheer Layered Dress Plus Size 28/30

Beautiful dress from Ulla Popken’s Selection line. It has a sheer layer with a prism design and underneath a solid opaque jersey knit tank dress lining. I waited too long to return it so take advantage of my mistake. Rounded v-neck, long sleeves with elastic cuffs and deep side vents. Black with jewel tones purple, blue and green prisms. Size 28/30 Shoulder to hem of sheer overlay approx 48” Underarm to underarm of underneath jersey dress approx 25” Perfect for holiday and family parties, nice dinners, whenever you need something a little extra. Has a very flowy feel to it.
