tayhawkscloset @babbss0618 hi! PTP I measured 19.5” and length was about 60”. It’s brand new, no alternations whatsoever. I’m very open to offers - just would love for this gorgeous dress to find a new home but I know it’s a very specific item! Just let me know :)
