NWT Sequin: Tiered mini skirt

NWT Sequined and tiered mini skirt. Elastic waist, with champagne colored sequins on the top tier, light pink sequins on the next tier, and white shiny taffeta like material over the last tier. It has been stored in a bin, but are some spots on the front (see picture), that I assume will come out in the wash, but I didn’t want to remove the tags and wash the skirt.
