New, never worn sleeveless mini party or cocktail dress from Romeo & Juliet Couture. Black with silver and black sequins in an ombré pattern on the front. Solid black in the back with button closure at the neck. Pull-over. A-line tank dress with high neckline. Base of dress (back and neckline of the front) is polyester and spandex. Sequins are sewn on a mesh fabric with lining behind it. 32.5” shoulder to hem 15” pit to pit 22.5” across bottom hem
