NWT Shannon Passero Capri Cargo Pants Crinkled Cotton XS Light Lime Green Purchased at a boutique. Never worn. Changed my mind. Waist lying flat not stretched is approximately 12.5”. Waist can stretch to about 19” lying flat. Deep cargo pockets on sides are approximately 9.5” deep and go around your leg at approximately 8.5” wide. Pockets on front are approximately 10” long. Rise is approximately 13” long. Inseam is approximately 22” long. Leg opening at bottom is approximately 8.5”. No back pockets. Photographing these was hard. Color is closer to photos 1-5. These are cotton and do not stretch. 100% cotton. Made in Thailand.
