NWT Sharagano midi-length chiffon button down dress with belt

Chiffon material shirt dress with a small ruffle on the edge of the sleeve. Gold buttons down the front with a belt at the waist. Length from shoulder to hem is about 40”. Colors are black, orange, light purple, and shades of red/pink.
