NWT Shear black beaded tunic top 1X

Brand new with tags. I purchased this top to wear to a wedding but wound up not using it. It has a hanker-chief hem in front and back. Beautiful drape / flowing fabric. Ties at waist allow you to make it more fitted if desired. The beading is sparkly silver and there is a little bag of extra beads if needed in the case of future repairs. The top itself is sheer.
