NWT Sheer Navy floral dress

Off shoulder collar. Thick solid navy underlay with floral sheer overlay. From pit to him of underlay is 24.75", pit to hem of overlay is 35.75", waist From side to side laying flat is 13.5", bust is approx 32" ( Was a little bit difficult to measure because it has slightly molded cups.
