NWT Sheer black H&M blouse

Never worn. Price tag still on (as you can see I bought it for $24.95). Perfect condition. It is really a cute shirt, I've just never gotten around to wearing it. Hard to see in pictures but It's sheer & It's got ruffles around the neckline. Also it clenches up at your wrist on the sleeves. It has strings in the front that can be tied up or left loose. Really cute for school, work, an event, etc!
