NWT Sheilay Woven Maxi Inspired Dress

Beautiful green and white floral pattern dress from Sheilay. This is new with tags and never been worn. This has a scoop neck front with cap sleeves and flat panel under the bust all the way around. The dress then goes to an A line silhouette with ruffles every third of the way to the hem line. There is also a side zipper to make sure you can get in and out in comfort.
