NWT Shop Neighbor by In the Beginning boho mini dress. Halter neck mini dress with tassel ties at top back of neck, slit opening in front and back of the top. Has side ties with tassels. Top is lined in front. Bought at a boutique in Austin but I never wore it. This would be better for more petite girls, I’m 5’3 and I think anyone taller than that might find the dress too short. Perfect for festivals, concerts and summer weather. No trades please, bundle and save.
