NWT Short Red Prom Dress sz 16

New with tags, utterly gorgeous, classic heartbreaker red, short prom dress. Sweetheart neckline, one-shoulder with satin detail, plastic crystals/jewels/sequins. Bodice and skirt are tulle, and comes with little tulle wrap, lined in satin lookalike. So many layers, super full and fluffy. Approx. 36" shoulder to hem, 18" at the jeweled waistband, and 21" armpit to armpit when laying flat. Pet and smoke free home, has been kept in original plastic as well. Comment any questions :)
