NWT - Short Sleeve Blue Dress - Petite Size

NWT - Petite XL - never worn. Short sleeves. Small opening in back. Mesh design around shoulders and carried through entire dress. Dress has blue liner. Purchased to wear to a holiday party and ended up not wearing it. Pictures don't do it justice. The design is a tan and white/cream color.
