NWT Short Sleeved Floral Mixed Media Blouse by Loft

NWT mixed media blouse from Loft. Navy blue with a lovely pink and yellow floral print. The blouse is very comfortable - the ruffle detail at the shoulders (pictured) just did not work under the blazer I planned to wear it with. Collar has a ruffle detail and tie strings. From a smoke-free home.
