NWT Shoshanna Dress

NWT Shoshanna Midnight black with white & scarlett floral wool & silk dress. measuring 16" across the chest, 14" across the waist seam, 28.5" from waist seam to bottom of skirt. I am a 6/8 and this fits me but is too snug in the chest (34DD). I have never had the occasion to wear this and am trying to let go what what I'm not wearing. I bought it on Theadup where it was listed as NWT. I did not see any issues nor signs if wear. This comes from a smoke free home.
